Starters

• A combie of vegetable spring rolls & samosas with a sweet chilli dip
• Mussels tossed with spaghetti in a creamy mushroom sauce with parmesan shavings
• A homemade chicken liver pate’ served with warm toast & side salad
• Coronet of smoked salmon filler with prawns in a Marie-rose sauce on a bed of salad served with brown bread
• A bowl of finger lickin' pork ribs in a sticky, smokey sauce served with a finger bowl, or get your partner to lick them clean!

Mains

• A roulade of salmon & spinach wrapped in a plaice fillet poached in wine jus and topped with lobster sauce
• A naked wellington: fillet steak served on a heart crouton topped with and served with a creamy brandy sauce – naughty but nice
• 3 sticky lamb cutlets on a minted bed of mashed potato topped with rich red currant gravy – use fingers to be fully enjoyed
• Vegetarian lover's pie: butternut squash, spinach, onions, pine nuts, potatoes and more entwined together, wrapped in a bed of short pastry and served with a naughty gravy

• Profiteroles filled with cream and served with a rich dark chocolate sauce
